Neuville’s hot streak began 8 weeks ago as the poker world gathered in Las Vegas for the 45th edition of the World Series of Poker. Neuville would actually get to Vegas a few weeks after the start of the WSOP, but he got right to work. He would earn his first cash on June 9th, finishing 139th in a $1,500 No-Limit Hold’em event. The next cash, however, would be the biggest of his career.

Neuville would end up finishing second to WPT Champion Kevin Eyster in the $5,000 No-Limit Hold’em Six Handed event. The runner-up finish would earn Neuville an impressive $385,041. He would go on to cash in six other events throughout the WSOP, leaving Las Vegas with over $420K in winnings.
But he wasn’t done there. Just a few days after arriving home, Neuville skipped a few days of well earned rest instead deciding to buy-into the WPT National Brussels Summer Poker Challenge - great move, Mr. Neuville! The Belgian would enjoy the home cooking and earn his way to a 5th place finish, adding another €11,600 to his summer winnings!
It just seems like there is no stopping Pierre Neuville!
